Bali --> Day 3: cooking lesson - market

I was very pleased with the coffee, fruit and banana pancakes for breakfast.  However, no matter how many times I try papaya (which is basically every time it's presented to me), it still tastes like feet.

Wayan, from Paon Bali Cooking class picked us up around 8:30 and we met the rest of the group at the traditional market, where one of their helpers was going over the different spices and ingredients we'd be using that day.  There were flowers and incense everywhere (as giving offerings everyday is very important) and it smelled very nice, especially in contrast to Palembang's market scent.
