i cannot even begin to describe the anxiety that this passion fruit caused me. i was excited to try it in its raw form but was immediately terrorized by the violent images of alien babies being sucked out of their egg sacks by other alien species, i being the other alien species. the flavor was good but as you can see, the little seeds/fetuses are covered in a mucus like substance and you can't bite as much as you can suck up the insides of this fruit. when you bite down all you can imagine is the bones being crushed between your teeth. terrifying. i felt so much fear and discomfort as i tried to consume it that i had to abandon finishing the rest of it for fear of its mothership landing on earth and destroying the entire human race.
